This role supports the Clinical Office Manager by supervising front-office staff, coordinating patient services, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring efficient office operations while promoting a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the daily management of clinical office operations.
• Supervise and support front desk, scheduling, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Ensure accurate patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Monitor office workflows to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
