This position offers a hybrid work from home option for employees who meet performance requirements. Candidate must reside in the Knoxville, Tennessee metropolitan area and be able to commute to the corporate office located in Knoxville, TN when needed. Candidate must be able to maintain HIPAA privacy requirements when working in a home office setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Analyst is a full-time position that is responsible for analyzing large sets of data from multiple sources. The Data Analyst creates and validates multiple weekly and monthly end user reports. They will also monitor process performance, satisfaction of our customers, and identify improvements in data collection that will better meet the needs of the department. Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, and ETL processes is highly desired. This position reports to the Manager of Data Analytics.
