Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk will assist and support the warehouse department with daily administrative activities related to branch operation.

The shift is Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Process billing runs including labeling and including packing lists for cross docking if required
• Routing of freight orders, including Bills of Lading preparation and labeling for common carrier shipments
• Sort freight bills by category, run driver manifests, data entry of receiving worksheets and driver invoices
• Driver Check-in
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, tracking different KPI's for warehouse and transportation
• Assign selection orders to warehouse associates
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• High School/GED education required
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred
• AS400/iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory/receiving functions
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task projects
• Must be detail-orientated problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
