Are you passionate about education and helping people achieve their goals? Join our dynamic team, as a Higher Education Course Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment
- Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes
- Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills
- Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs
- Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads
- Be highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach
- Be passionate for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries
- Be adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments
- Have a WWCC employee or willingness to obtain
