Influencer Marketing Manager (Working Student)

You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for UPPER HAND in order to increase our awareness and brand recognition. You will help us improve our marketing and sales efforts through powerful and meaningful  influencer collaborations.

You will be responsible for selecting suitable influencers we should work with. You will build relationships, negotiate and nurture long-term collaborations. You will come up with new ideas on how we can improve our influencer marketing to grow or new customer base.

• Enrolled student in fashion, PR, marketing, communication, journalism or similar fields

• You are up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and e-commerce.

• You have excellent English and German language skills.

• You have strong communication skills and an independent working style.

• You love analytics, structured ways of working, and iterating fast when it comes to selection, creation and optimization of influencer campaigns.

• You have high online affinity as well as strong interest in social media: you live and breathe channels such as Instagram and TikTok.
