Certified Nurse Aide

Direct Patient Care: Take vital signs, record patient data, and conduct intake interviews for new admissions.

Collaborate: Listen to patient concerns and report behavioral or physical changes to your supervising LPN/RN.

Accurate Documentation: Maintain highly precise, daily patient records while strictly protecting client confidentiality.

Team Participation: Attend team meetings and engage in continuous in-service education programs.

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Licensure: Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in New York State.

Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), or CPR for Healthcare Providers certificate.

Skills: Strong computer skills, sharp critical thinking, and behavior de-escalation skills, excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
