Operations Lead

At Urban Recovery, we treat substance use disorder. As an OASAS-licensed and CARF-certified Center of Excellence in Brooklyn, we provide cutting-edge inpatient detox, stabilization, and rehab services.

We are looking for an Operations Lead to complete our hour-by-hour patient care. If you are a natural leader who inspires hope, models strong coping skills, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, we want you on our team.

Team Coordination: Schedule front desk and patient care staff to ensure seamless, 24/7 coverage.

Leadership Support: Relay critical instructions from supervisors to staff, ensuring excellent follow-through.

Coordination and Safety: Guide Patient care coordinators and assist them to manage client property, patient care, and emphasize safety

Compliance: Maintain and enforce strict patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines. Ensure incident reports, round logs, shift reports are thorough, timely, and compliant.

Crisis Escalation Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for high-needs or escalated patient concerns, collaborating with nursing and clinical team for resolution.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field (Chemical Dependency, Mental Health, etc.)
• Supervisory experience preferred

• Familiar with rules and regulations regarding client confidentiality/HIPAA
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Independently solve problems and follow through
