At The Recovery Center of Niagara’s House of Hope Residential Reintegration Program, the Residential Counselor provides essential, day-to-day clinical support to residents. This professional is dedicated to guiding individuals through their recovery and ensuring the facility maintains a welcoming, trauma-sensitive environment in full compliance with OASAS 820 guidelines.
Patient Care: Maintain and oversee a primary caseload of up to 12 male residents and facilitate scheduled groups
Clinical Documentation: Complete admission paperwork, comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical notes within required timeframes.
Coordination of Care: Collaborate with outside providers to ensure smooth continuum of care and vocational/housing linkages.
Program Supervision: Ensure the direct supervision of residents, respond to emergency situations, and maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
Schedule: Full-time
Full-time, five eight-hour shifts
Sunday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
