    Job description

Associate Dentist – Urgent Care & Full Mouth Dentistry

Join a Practice Where You Can Truly Practice Dentistry

Are you a dentist who enjoys treating complex cases, making immediate impacts, and practicing comprehensive dentistry instead of referring everything out?

We're looking for a motivated, clinically confident dentist to join our growing team. Our doctors provide same-day comprehensive care with a strong focus on urgent dental needs, surgical procedures, endodontics, extractions, and full-mouth treatment planning.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can change lives every day, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

    • Diagnose and treat urgent dental conditions with same-day comprehensive care

    • Perform surgical and routine extractions, including difficult cases

    • Complete anterior and molar root canal therapy

    • Develop and present comprehensive full-mouth treatment plans

    • Convert emergency visits into comprehensive treatment opportunities through patient education and trust

    • Restore patients using fillings, crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics, and implant restorations as appropriate

    • Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality care

    • Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment

    What Makes Our Practice Different

Unlike traditional general practices, we focus on providing comprehensive care during the patient's first visit whenever possible.

    Our model includes:

    • Same-day dentistry

    • High emergency and new patient volume

    • Full-mouth treatment planning

    • Limited referrals for extractions and endodontics

    • Modern digital workflow with CBCT and intraoral scanners

    • Doctors practicing at the top of their license

    • Team-based support that allows you to stay productive

    Qualifications

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

    • Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)

    • Comfortable performing:

      • Surgical and routine extractions

      • Molar, pre-molar and anterior endodontics

      • Crown and bridge procedures

      • Comprehensive treatment planning

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients

    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-production clinical environment

    Ideal Candidate

    You'll thrive here if you:

    • Enjoy surgery and endodontics

    • Like treating emergency patients

    • Prefer comprehensive dentistry over "watching and waiting"

    • Can confidently diagnose and present full-mouth treatment plans

    • Enjoy high patient volume and staying busy

    • Are motivated by helping patients who need immediate care

    • Want the opportunity to significantly increase your clinical skills and production

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive earning potential: $250,000–$800,000+ annually

    • Production-based compensation with strong income opportunity

    • Health and vision insurance

    • 401(k)

    • Malpractice coverage

    • Continuing education opportunities

    • Flexible scheduling

    • State-of-the-art technology including CBCT and digital scanners
