    Job description

    Practice Manager

Lead with Purpose. Drive Results. Change Lives.

We don't operate like a traditional dental office. Our patients often arrive in pain, with busy schedules and limited opportunities to return. That's why we believe in providing comprehensive treatment today whenever possible.

We're looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performing teams, holds people accountable, and creates an outstanding patient experience while driving operational excellence.

If you enjoy coaching people, improving systems, solving problems, and celebrating wins, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

As the Practice Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of the office, partnering with doctors and support teams to ensure every day runs efficiently and every patient receives exceptional care.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Leading, coaching, and developing the entire office team

    • Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and exceptional service

    • Driving office production and same-day treatment acceptance

    • Monitoring provider and team schedules to maximize productivity

    • Identifying opportunities to improve patient flow and eliminate bottlenecks

    • Ensuring treatment plans are presented confidently and financial options are discussed with every patient

    • Coaching Business Assistants and clinical teams on patient communication and conversion opportunities

    • Monitoring key performance indicators and creating action plans to improve results

    • Maintaining staffing levels, scheduling, and daily operational readiness

    • Ensuring OSHA, HIPAA, documentation, and regulatory compliance

    • Leading morning huddles and keeping the team focused on daily goals

    • Handling patient concerns professionally while creating five-star experiences

    • Maintaining office appearance, organization, inventory, and equipment readiness

    • Working closely with leadership to implement company initiatives and standardize processes

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous dental office management experience required

    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Proven ability to improve production and operational performance

    • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

    • Experience presenting KPIs and holding teams accountable

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

    • Ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive attitude

    • Comfortable using dental practice management software and technology

    • Flexibility and adaptability to change

    What Makes You Successful Here

    You are someone who:

    • Takes ownership instead of making excuses

    • Builds strong, motivated teams

    • Holds high standards while supporting your people

    • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

    • Makes decisions with confidence

    • Loves solving problems before they become bigger issues

    • Understands that every patient interaction matters

    • Believes in treating today's dentistry today whenever clinically appropriate

    Why Join Us?

We're redefining access to dental care. We believe patients shouldn't have to wait weeks for treatment or take multiple days off work to complete their care. Our model focuses on providing comprehensive dentistry—including extractions, root canals, crowns, fillings, and full-mouth treatment—often during the same visit.

You'll be joining a growing organization that values leadership, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and team members every day.

    • Competitive pay

    • Bonus opportunities

    • Paid time off

If you're ready to lead a high-performing team, drive meaningful results, and help transform the way dentistry is delivered, we'd love to hear from you.
