Customer Service Representative

At URUS, customer service is more than answering phones and processing orders. Our Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in keeping customers informed, products moving, and internal teams connected. This position sits at the center of our operation, working closely with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being busy, likes variety in their day, and takes satisfaction in helping customers while keeping multiple moving pieces on track. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment where communication, ownership, and follow-through are essential to success. This role is based in Tullamarine, with an initial in-office training period followed by a hybrid work arrangement that typically includes 2-3 days per week onsite once fully trained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer orders from receipt through dispatch and delivery.

• Coordinate freight bookings, courier services, and transport logistics.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Partner with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support customer needs.

• Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and delivery information within company systems.

• Support customer invoicing, reporting, and administrative activities.

• Assist in resolving customer, inventory, and delivery-related issues.

• Contribute to a team-focused environment that values continuous improvement and excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, distribution, administration, or a related field.

• Experience managing customer requests, orders, or service-related activities.

• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, order management, or business systems is beneficial.

• Freight, dispatch, transport, or inventory coordination experience is an advantage.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
