We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee domestic and international shipments, manage critical documentation, and support customers across North America and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully balance multiple priorities while ensuring every shipment is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

This role ensures seamless execution of the order-to-invoice process while providing high-quality customer service to both domestic and international clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate domestic and international imports and exports of genetic materials.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, health certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment requirements, timelines, and documentation.
• Track shipments and ensure compliance with import and export requirements.
• Process invoices and customer payments prior to shipment release.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, items, and sales orders within ERP systems.
• Verify export eligibility and assist customers with shipping and regulatory requirements.
• Support customer service activities, storage programs, and domestic order coordination as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export coordination, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with import/export processes, customs documentation, or logistics coordination is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JDE, is preferred.
• Agricultural industry knowledge is an asset but not required.
