US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) North Florida is seeking Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our premier anesthesia care team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading practice that provides high-quality anesthesia services across multiple Baptist Medical Center locations and The Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute.
USAP is a physician-led, single-specialty practice dedicated to providing the highest quality anesthesia care. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a collaborative environment, exposure to diverse cases, and the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule.
Job Highlights
Flexible scheduling: Choose from a variety of shifts across multiple sites
Compensation: $150/hr
Work alongside a highly experienced team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
Adult-only cases – no pediatrics
Opportunity to participate in obstetric and cardiothoracic cases (if desired)
Cases include general, orthopedic, gynecologic, neurosurgical, and vascular procedures
Typical supervision ratios: 1:3 or 1:4
Regional proficiency not required (spinals and arterial lines performed)
Call is optional and taken from home when applicable

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville: Comprehensive surgical services, including open heart, neuro, and complex oncologic cases through partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center
Baptist Medical Center South: Rapidly expanding with high-volume, full-service ORs
Baptist Medical Center Beaches: Newly renovated 6-suite OR complex serving the coastal community
Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute: Outpatient orthopedic surgery center and official partner of the Jacksonville Jaguars
