Customer Service Representative

We are a full-service air conditioning and heating contractor with the ability to service and install complete HVAC systems. While our technicians are out in the field delivering top-tier service with the latest technology and equipment, our Customer Service Representatives are the trusted voices behind the scenes—keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a great experience from the very first call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC or plumbing service appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening, problem-solving, and offering solutions
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and priority of service requests
• Coordinate with the service team to adjust schedules in real-time
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job updates in our scheduling software
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
• Support general office duties as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)
• Dispatching experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar is a plus)
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
