Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various HVAC roles, including technicians, installers, and support staff

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and industry contacts

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies

- Manage the entire hiring process, from posting job descriptions to extending offers

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates

- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
