The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of trucking operations by ensuring drivers, loads, appointments, and operational documentation are accurately coordinated and monitored. This position serves as a key link between drivers, dispatch, customers, and internal operations, helping maintain efficient workflows and accurate information within the Transportation Management
System (TMS).
KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driver & load track and trace.
  
• Paperwork collection.
  
• Workflow corrections. Identify and correct errors within the TMS.
  
• Schedule services and route through appointments.
  REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool or G.E.D.
  
• Basic computer skills
  PREFERRED
