UsedCardboardBoxes, founded in 2006, is the largest processor of USED gaylord totes, produce totes, resin/octo-bins and shipping boxes in North America. We pay more than recycling rates because we don’t recycle! We REUSE, RESELL and RETURN them, as boxes, right here in the US. USED totes are sold to major retailers for reverse logistics, or to large scrap processors (metal, plastic, paper, etc.) to sort/transport commodities. USED shipping boxes are sold to major retailers for distribution from DC to store and many are used to create UCB’s eco-friendly moving kits, sold online. As a closed-loop RETURN program, boxes can be sorted, inspected, palletized, inventoried and RETURNED back to the original vendor, for reuse.

Summary

We’re seeking a driven, tech-savvy Sales Administrator to support a fast-paced national sales operation. The ideal candidate combines precision with energy — someone who can turn data into action and keep the sales engine running smoothly.
This role supports the Director of National Accounts by managing administrative operations, organizing critical data, and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and current clients. The Sales Administrator plays an essential part in optimizing efficiency, enabling the Director to focus on high-value client engagements, strategic growth, and long-term success

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate, timely quotes and upload orders using our CRM.
• Conduct lead analysis and assist in building targeted campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools and advanced desktop applications to prospect new customers and improve efficiency.
• Maintain clean data, track performance metrics, and support day-to-day sales execution.
• Assist in managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends, with emphasis on shipping box accounts

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales and administrative experience
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools for research, automation, and outreach.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute.
• Easily interact with customers via email and phone in a professional, confident, think-on-your-feet manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and time management
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, provide strategic insights and take action
• Understands that the end goal is client success and long-term retention.
