To maximize insurance business from assigned bank branches by developing strong bank partnerships, delivering customer-focused insurance solutions, and consistently achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank officials.
- Generate leads from the bank's customer base and convert them into insurance sales.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- Support bank staff in identifying sales opportunities and referral generation.
- Organize branch activation activities, customer awareness programs, and sales campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and policy issuance process.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and policy targets.
- Maintain business MIS and sales reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
