Relationship Manager-Banca

To drive insurance sales through banking partnerships while delivering excellent customer service and strengthening relationships between the bank and insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Promote insurance products through the bank's customer network.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for bancassurance products.
• Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank employees.
• Support customers throughout the policy purchase process.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
