- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Vietnam site leadership and translate global HR strategies into localized execution plans aligned with Vietnam labor market and regulations.</div><div>

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for DL and IDL.</div><div>
- Drive manpower planning, hiring roadmap, and critical talent pipeline.</div><div>
- Strengthen employer branding and local talent market presence.</div><div><strong>3. Talent Management &amp; Leadership Development</strong></div><div>•Develop local managers to reduce expats<br>•Enhance leadership trainings for different level managers</div><div>
- Facilitate learning programs aligned with operational and leadership needs.</div><div><strong>4. Compensation, Benefits &amp; HR Operations</strong></div><div>
- Oversee payroll, C&amp;B administration, and HR operations in compliance with Vietnam labor law.</div><div>
- Ensure competitive, cost-effective compensation structures aligned with regional guidelines.</div><div>
- Manage HR systems, employee data accuracy, and reporting.</div><div><strong>5. Employee Relations &amp; Labor Compliance</strong></div><div>
- Manage labor relations, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters.</div><div>
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnam labor laws, audits, and government inspections.</div><div>
- Lead union or worker representative communication where applicable.</div><div><strong>6. Culture, Engagement &amp; Organizational Development</strong></div><div>
- Drive company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives on site.</div><div>
- Support organizational design, change management, and HR process improvement.</div><div><strong>7. D</strong><strong>igital HR transformation<br></strong>•Adoption of HRIS, AI-enabled tools, and data automation to enhance HR operation efficiency.<br></div><div><strong><em>Qualifications &amp; Experience</em></strong></div><div><strong>Education</strong></div><div>
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.</div><div>
- Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.</div><div><strong>Experience</strong></div><div>•3Y+ HR Manager and above working experience in Vietnam. Proven track record in managing HR operation for 2,000+ employees in Vietnam. Be familiar with Vietnam local practices.</div><div>•15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR manager/ director role.</div><div>•Strong experience in manufacturing / EMS / industrial environment is highly preferred.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Success Indicators</strong></div><div>
