<div>【工作項目】<br><u>A.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Manage global MES Transformation Project</u><br>1.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Play leading role in transformation of MES<br>2.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Plan out the blueprints for MES transformation project, including defining the scope, setting milestone and allocating resources.<br>3.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Work with System Integrators to implement the next-gen MES, from system setup, integrated testing, validation, migration rehearsal to deployment.<br>4.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Work with COE/Site IT to identify gaps between out-of-box MES solutions and user requirements.<br>5.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Engage closely with key stakeholders to provide transparent assessment on risks and issues.<br>6.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Ensure the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.<br>7.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Ensure the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible<br>8.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Roll out next-gen MES to WW Sites<br><br><u>B.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Evaluate MES Requirement and Process</u><br>1.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Engage with Customer/User on major MES requirements.<br>2.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Work closely with process, test, quality and product engineers, IT, MES vendor or outside resources to determine technical solutions or applications to meet the requirements.<br>3.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Participate in MES projects through requirements gathering, data mapping, documenting specifications and design details, and deploying enhancements.<br>4.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Collaborates with developers to review end-to-end solution and architecture.<br><br>【加分項目】<br>1.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills.<br>2.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Proven experience in IT project management and software development/maintenance.<br>3.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.<br>4.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.<br>5.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>5+ years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry.<br>6.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Experience with a large-scale global software deployment (MES, ERP) .<br>7.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Outstanding documentation and presentation skills.<br>8.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Have solid experience in manufacturing technology in a sizable electronic manufacturing company, analytic and digital experience will be additional consideration factor.<br>9.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Willing to travel to different manufacturing sites (Asia, Europe, North America)  .<br>10.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Clear understanding of agile project deployment methodology.<br>11.<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Fluent English (spoken and written).</div><div><br></div><div>#LI-JH</div><div><br></div><div>【職缺投遞】https://usiglobal.freshteam.com/jobs</div>
