<div>【工作內容】<br>1. Manager for sourcing, supplier development, pricing and negotiation for Non-BOM Material<br>2. Manage Non-BOM Material Procurement Cost to Meet Given Target<br>3. Lead the team to achieve the project objectives, and be responsible for the project results<br>4. Lead the team to optimize and improve the process, improve the work efficiency<br>5. Understand market supply intelligence on responsible fields, Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Annual & Semi annual RFQ.<br>6. Able to co-work and communicate with internal teams(e.g. manufacturing,BU,buyer , engineering, SQE, etc.)<br>7. Can solve difficult problems in work efficiently, and deal with emergencies<br>8. Develop and Deploy Non-BOM Material Sourcing Strategy<br><br><br>【加分項目】<br>
