    Job description

    <div>The Senior Specialist or Associate Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is a key member of HR COE - Global Total Rewards team, responsible for managing global expatriate programs, travel policies, well-being initiatives, executive insurance plans, and HR self-check audits. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee experience alignment across international HR practices.<br><br>1.

    Global Expatriate Management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Oversee end-to-end expatriate lifecycle, define/adjust the global expatriate management policy, including assignment planning, relocation support, compensation review, tax equalization, and repatriation.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>May need to do the research or identify the appropriate external tax and relocation vendors to ensuring compliance with host/home country regulations.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Collaborate with Talent team, Site recruitment team and C&B team to maintain alignment and accurate execution.<br>2.

    Global Travel Policy Management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Maintain, update, and communicate the company’s global business travel policy, balancing cost control with traveler safety and comfort.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Analyze travel trends and provide data-driven recommendations for policy improvements.<br>3.

    Worldwide Well-Being Programs Management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Conduct annual review & benchmarking and expenses analysis to see if it is needed to refine program offerings.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Coordinate with site HR/GA/EHS to evaluate the well-being initiatives (physical, mental, financial) in line with company cost budget, culture and employee needs.<br>4.

    HR Self-Check Auditing Coordination<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Develop and implement HR self-audit checklists & annual plan to ensure internal compliance with global HR policies and data integrity.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Coordinate with HR COE team members (policy or practice owner) to collect and review audit results, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Provide reporting to HR leadership and support risk mitigation initiatives.<br>5.

    Executive Medical Insurance Renewal & Management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Lead the annual renewal process of executive medical insurance policies in collaboration with brokers and insurers.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Ensure timely enrollment, claims support, and issue resolution for covered executives and dependents.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities to optimize coverage and premiums.<br><br>Qualifications<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in C&B or Global Mobility is a plus).<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, global mobility, or HR compliance, preferably in a multinational company.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Solid understanding of international HR practices, expatriate tax, relocation frameworks, and global benefits programs.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data audits and vendor management.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">    </span>High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</div><div><br></div><div>#LI-ER</div>
