<div><strong>R & R:</strong></div><ol start="1" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="color:black;">Define product engineering Dept. objectives and development strategies.</li><li style="color:black;">Develop department working plans & define KPI, and ensure effective execution.</li><li style="color:black;">Manage product engineering team to support new business and project development</li><li style="color:black;">Coordinate with CFT and manage NPI activities to meet project timelines.</li><li style="color:black;">Ensure accurate and timely execution of engineering changes.</li><li style="color:black;">Review and issue departmental documents to ensure compliance and traceability.</li><li style="color:black;">Provide technical support and guidance to solve product and manufacturing issues.</li><li style="color:black;">Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and production efficiency.</li><li style="color:black;">Deliver technical presentations and workshop reports to customers</li><li style="color:black;">Build up the professional relationship with customers</li><li style="color:black;">Plan professional training programs to enhance team capabilities.</li><li style="color:black;">Define and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective cost control.</li><li style="color:black;">Execute other tasks assigned by the management team.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong><strong>：</strong></div><div>1.

Bachelor degree or above in electronic or mechanical engineering</div><ol start="2" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="color:black;margin-left:-18.0pt; ">7+ years working experience of engineering and project management</li></ol><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.1 3+ 產品工程主管經驗</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.2 孰悉NPI/MP process相關要求及Gating rule</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.3 孰悉EC管理</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.4 孰悉 Die/Wire bonding/Molding/SMT等Module/PCBA process</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.5 孰悉TLA process</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.6 孰悉 PPAP, APQP, ISO 13485, IATF16949</p><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;">2.7 孰悉ODM/JDM/EMS+ 等process</p><ol start="3" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="color:black;margin-left:-18.0pt; ">Strong planning and overall supervision ability</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:-18.0pt; ">Strong communication, coordination and motivation skill</li><li style="color:black;margin-left:-18.0pt; ">Fluent English communication skill</li></ol><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>#LI-ZL</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>【職缺投遞】https://usiglobal.freshteam.com/jobs</div>
