Drive NPI design review into timely manufacturing and substrate delivery<br>4. Manage substrate suppliers’ quality<br>5. Work with suppliers on Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).<br>6.

Manage disposition of non-conformance Material during NPI stage.<br>7. Manage supplier/end-customer 8D SCAR, corrective/preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.<br><br>【加分項目】<br>1. 3+ years working experience in substrate manufacturing (Product or process engineering)<br>2. Proficient in substrate manufacturing process, SIP module knowledge is a plus<br>3.

Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations<br>4. Familiar with QC 7 tools<br>5. Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D<br>6. Substrate supplier quality management experience<br>7. Be able to work cross functionally and excellent problem-solving skills<br>8. Excellent English capability for communication<br>9.
