<div>Junior Thermal Engineer Key Responsibilities Thermal &amp; Liquid Cooling Design •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the design of liquid cold plates, heat sinks, manifolds, and cooling loops for electronic systems. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Support system level thermal architecture development (component → module → system). •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in coolant selection, flow rate definition, and pressure drop considerations. Simulation &amp; Analysis •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct thermal and CFD simulations (steady/transient) to evaluate temperature, flow distribution, and pressure drop. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze hotspots, thermal margins, and cooling performance under various operating conditions. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Correlate simulation results with experimental data. Testing &amp; Validation •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Support thermal characterization and validation testing, including: o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Temperature measurement (thermocouples, IR camera) o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Flow, pressure, and leakage tests •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in test plan creation, data collection, and reporting. Cross Functional Collaboration •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Work with mechanical teams on DFM/DFA considerations for cooling hardware. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Support electrical and system teams in defining thermal requirements and limits. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Interface with manufacturing and suppliers during prototype build and refinement. Documentation &amp; Engineering Support •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare engineering documentation, including design reports, test summaries, and technical presentations. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain thermal models, assumptions, and design records. Required Qualifications Education •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in: o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Mechanical Engineering o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Thermal Engineering o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;or a related field •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Fresh graduates are welcome Technical Fundamentals •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Solid understanding of: o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Heat transfer (conduction, convection, radiation) o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Fluid mechanics o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Basic thermodynamics Tools &amp; Skills •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Exposure to thermal or CFD tools such as: o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;ANSYS Icepak / Fluent o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Siemens FloTHERM o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;COMSOL o&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;or similar (academic experience acceptable) •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Basic skills in Excel, data analysis, and technical reporting. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Soft Skills &amp; Personal Attributes •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced engineering environment. •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Good communication skills (written and verbal). •&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Team oriented mindset with attention to detail.</div>
