Product Engineer / System product Engineer</strong><br>【Job Description】<br>- Create/Maintain NPI and MP B.O.M<br>- Coordinate sample build (Board Level)<br>- Document / Yield collection.<br>- Engineering Change (EC) handling.<br>- Component EOL(end of life) handling.<br>- Participate in Second Source Evaluation Activities.<br>- Solve and deal with MP Eng.  issue<br>- Customer Contact Window and co-work with TW and KS IMS teams.<br>【Qualifications】</div><div>Electrical engineering, or electronic-related engineering bachelor's degree or above<br>- Able to read schematics, Gerber, and layout files<br>- Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and component specifications<br>- Understanding of BOM (Bill of Material) structures and concepts<br>- Understanding of IPC standards<br>- Proficient in using Microsoft Office<br>- Related work experience 02 years and above</div><div>- For System product engineer: Experience in following industry is a plus:<br>  1. plastic injection<br>  2.

Project Management</strong></div><div>【Job Description】<br>- Co-work with project manager and R&D internally during NPI phase.  <br>- Manufacturing planning of each sample build<br>- Coordinate operation team members to achieve build schedule, quantity and quality.<br>- Daily status update of the build and build issue following-up.<br>-Host conference call with customer.<br>- Objective: to drive the product to mass production ready</div><div>【Qualifications】<br>- Engineering, or science related bachelor's degree at least<br>- Experience in NPI development (new product)<br>- Experience in interacting with customers<br>- Capable in report writing, coordinate multi-function teams, and host online conference calls.<br>- Able to accommodate early morning or evening meetings.

Mechanical Design</strong></div><div>【Job Description】<br>- Join local supplier tooling trial and review secondary operation during NPI (new product introduction/product development)<br>- Create mech.

PN(part number) for EMS program<br>- Support issue at IQC(incoming quality control) and assemblies in NPI and MP<br>- 2nd source evaluation<br>- Mechanical issue handling in MP, SSR (second source review) and ORT<br>- Mechanical parts FAI (first article inspection)<br>- Package design handling (G6)/ Label design handling (G5)</div><div>【Qualifications】<br>- Mechanical engineering bachelor's degree at least<br>- Able to read 2D and 3D drawings and component specifications.

Understanding of tolerance analysis<br>- Able to use 3D modeling software, such as Pro-E or AutoCad<br>- Knowledge in tooling, plastic injection molding, or metal die casting and stamping<br>- Proficient in using Microsoft Office<br>- Related work experience 02 years and above</div><div><br></div><div><strong>4.

Failure Analysis Engineer (electrical part)</strong></div><div>【Job Description】<br>- Sample build failure analysis with R&D.<br>- Daily failure analysis report for sample build.<br>- Mass production higher failure analysis<br>- ORT/QTP(ongoing reliability test/qualification test) test failure analysis.<br>- Customer return analysis.<br>- SPR (System problem report) issues analysis support.<br>- Training repair of the production line.<br>- Scrap Board analysis<br>【Qualifications】<br>- Electrical engineering, or electronic-related engineering bachelor's degree at least<br>- Able to read schematics, Gerber, and layout<br>- Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and component specifications<br>- Experience using equipment such as power meter, microscope, oscilloscope, and spectrum analyzer.
