Title: Sr. Java Developer with LinkedIn id
Location: Mason, OH (Face-Face Required)
Duration: 6 - 12 months+ (Potential for extension)
Top Desired Skills: Java, Web Services, Restful, JavaScript, Spring
Education & Experience:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree. Computer Background is preferred
• 8+ years of experience with Java / JEE.
Technical Skills:
• Translating the business requirements to technical specifications that can be used by the teams to develop.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preparing detailed design documents and design approaches using the various tools.
• Should be highly motivated problem solver willing to deliver quality work
• Excellent analytical skills, time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi task, ability to routinely make effective and timely decisions in alignment with management direction is required.
• Good understanding on design patterns, design principles, coding practices in Java.
• Experience in OOPS, Core Java and Multi-Threading
• Experience in JEE (JSP, JSTL, SERVLETS), JavaScript, Jquery, CSS.
• Spring basics and Good with Hibernate (Or any ORM)
• Experience in some of the frameworks like Struts, JSF
• Experience in defining/creating SOAP & RESTful web services.
• Good knowledge of XML, X/D/HTML, JavaScript and related WEB 2.0 technologies.
Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Need to work as an Individual Contributor
• Take requirements from the users.
• Identify, translate, and map client business requirements.
• Based on the functional design prepare Technical Design Document
• Regularly meet with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, needs and issues and identify pragmatic solutions that meet expectations.
• Document all recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, meeting notes, test scripts and results, and project issues as needed.
• Review and commit the code
• Provide builds to various environments
