Talend Developer - EAD or GC or USC ONLY

Top Three Skills:
1. Experience setting up Talend in an environment
2. Ability to implement data quality, run against data to set up controls and create entrance and exit criteria for the data
3. Experience calling a message to call a piece of custom code, review data and analyze and turn it into a usable capability
