We are a manufacturer of precision elastomer and plastic seals serving oil & gas, mining, and water distribution markets, specializing in small-series production across 8,000+ SKUs annually. We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator. The Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and/or CNC lathes to produce precision-machined components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Rubber Molding Operator I to join our manufacturing team. The Rubber Molding Operator I is responsible for operating molding machines, inspecting molded rubber products, and ensuring production meets quality and safety standards. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding presses and related production equipment according to established procedures
- Load raw materials into molding machines and remove finished products.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper cycle times, temperatures, and pressures.
- Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality.
- Trim, clean, package, and label finished products as required.
- Record production data, scrap, and downtime accurately.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
- Identify equipment malfunctions and notify supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with production changeovers and setup activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a tem
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently use hands for grasping, handling, and operating equipment
