US Software Solutions is looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support daily HR operations. This position will assist the HR Specialist in performing regular HR administrative and operational tasks for the U.S. market, ensuring smooth onboarding, data accuracy, and compliance across all processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
- Support the HR Specialist in onboarding and offboarding processes for U.S.-based employees;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and trackers;
- Enroll new employees in benefit platforms, including insurance and pension plans, and remove employees from these platforms during the offboarding process;
- Conduct background checks for new hires using designated verification platforms;
- Keep detailed onboarding and termination trackers current at all times;
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve workflows and ensure timely completion of HR tasks;
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by the HR Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;
- Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced spoken English is a must);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
