We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with applicants.

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 10:00 till 19:00
- Search for and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels/job boards.
- Review CVs and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' experience and qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain candidate information in the recruitment system.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support other HR-related activities.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (B2+ level)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
