Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role is hybrid with a regular need to work onsite in Madison, WI to support organizational priorities. Off hours availability may be required.
Business Operations – Ambulatory Services

In this dynamic role, you'll partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive projects from concept to implementation, provide data-driven insights, and strengthen financial planning efforts that directly impact patient care, clinical efficiency, and organizational success.
What You'll Do
Monitor project performance, track outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or other relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
Prior experience in writing SQL or similar languages Preferred
