Guest Services Ambassador

• Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.21 / hour

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM. From 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM, you will work in the Emergency Department. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:

• Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
• Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
• Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

Work Experience

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)
