Job description

FTE: 1
Pay Range: $36.99-$55.49 / hr

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday -Friday 6:00am-4:30pm hours vary, 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) every 4 weeks, one rotating holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required

Work Experience

Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
