Summary of Role
V-Key is an internationally acclaimed software-based digital security company headquartered in Singapore and founded in 2011. Its pioneering mobile technology powers ultra-high-security solutions for digital identity, authentication, authorization for major banks, payment gateways, and government agencies.
We are also the inventor of V-OS, the world’s first and only true patented virtual secure element that uses advanced cryptographic and cybersecurity protections to comply with standards previously reserved only for expensive hardware solutions. It supports a wide range of use cases, including digital banking, national digital identity, digital tokens, Smart Nation, Card- less ATM withdrawals, and Mobile Document Signing.
We are looking for a Consultant (Client Android) as part of Customer Success and Support Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work together with Technical Support Team and Cross-Functional teams to troubleshoot incident, problem and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLA
- Create and maintain API Bridge solution between V-Key SDK and cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, ReactNative, Cordova…)
- Manage V-Key Diagnostic Application including maintain, update application regularly
- Participate in the project with customer to support the integration of V-Key solution
- Provide on-call/remote support outside regular business hours as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Mininum 2 years of experience in building software for Android
- Experience in Java/Kotlin language foundation, experience working with JNI layer and C/C++ language is preferred.
- Experience working with external data sources, APIs, third-party libraries, JSON and RESTFul technologies.
- Familiar with Android development framework and tools for analyzing memory usage, performance issues, and crash symbolication/debugging
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience with iOS development, cross platforms development (i.e. Flutter, React Native, Cordova, Kony…) would be a plus
- Utilize AI-powered development tools (i.e. Claude, Github Copilot) and emerging AI technologies to improve software engineering effectiveness, including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, performance optimization, and problem resolution would be a big plus.

- Willing to travel oversea to work at customers’ site as required.
