Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products by blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners.

We’re looking for tech-savvy, sales-driven Contact Center Agents who will serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers. We are hiring for four critical roles: Initial Contact Person (ICP), Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, and Tour Confirmer to drive growth, lead high-impact guest outreach, and shape the systems that power our expanding portfolio.

All roles offer a competitive compensation structure of $16 to $18 hourly, plus commissions.

Your Impact

• Drive sales and customer engagement through professional and efficient inbound and outbound phone interactions.

• Implement persuasive communication to entice owners and potential customers to schedule vacations, while effectively overcoming objections to secure package payments.

• Define operational excellence by operating dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms to accurately document customer interactions and agreements.

• Champion exceptional customer service by establishing professional rapport to build excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience.

What You Bring

• Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred.

• Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills, with the persistence to effectively overcome objections and successfully secure sales.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport, present information clearly, and confidently interact with diverse customers.

• Strength in identifying customer needs, evaluating information, and solving practical problems to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.

• Organizational abilities to maintain professionalism and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus
