Are you someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping people safe? Palm Beach Shores Resort is looking for a Part-time Guest Relations team member to be the visible, professional presence that ensures our guests, staff, and property feel secure and supported. This is more than a security role — it’s about making every guest experience seamless and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly, professional face of the resort, maintaining a visible presence across the property.
- Conduct routine property walkthroughs, including guest rooms, floors, outdoor areas, parking lots, and pools, enforcing resort policies and ensuring safety.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, or incidents with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and Management to communicate guest notifications and report incidents.
- Ensure all back-of-house areas are secured and complete end-of-shift reports.
- Work closely with Night Audit and MOD to respond to any issues during your shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in security, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an approachable, professional demeanor.
- Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
- Physically able to perform property walkthroughs and remain alert throughout your shift.
- Knowledge of basic emergency procedures and ability to follow resort policies.
