What You'll Do
As our Director of Guest Services, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, performance, and success of our Guest Services department.
- Lead, coach, and develop Guest Services leaders and frontline team members.
- Build a high-performing team culture centered on accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Identify emerging talent and develop future leaders through intentional coaching and development plans.
- Establish clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and help team members reach their full potential.
- Oversee Guest Services operations, including guest communications, reservations, dispatch, escalations, and on-call support.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure our team consistently delivers exceptional guest service and memorable vacation experiences.
- Partner with Property Management, Maintenance, Revenue, Operations, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
- Improve processes, training programs, and communication standards across the department.
- Support leaders in resolving complex guest concerns while turning challenges into coaching opportunities.
- Recognize accomplishments, encourage growth, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a leader who brings energy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for developing people.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- A proven track record of coaching and developing employees and leaders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to inspire, challenge, and hold others accountable.
- Experience improving team performance through coaching and development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with guest service technology or property management systems.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Hospitality management certification is a plus.
