Field Technician / Inspector

Field Technician: Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach

Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is looking to fill a full time/year-round Field Technician position. This position includes a mixture of minor maintenance as well as unit departure inspections and guest arrival inspections. The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude. This is a fast-paced position that will require solid organization skills, calling and scheduling vendors, accountability of workload and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card. Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.

• Maintain units to PBP/NBP standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.

• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.

• Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory. 

Non-Essential Job Functions

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Pensacola and Navarre, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Weekends, Holidays and On-Call work is required based on the business needs.

Qualifications
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and on-call as scheduled. 
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment.
• Prolonged periods of walking.
• Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
