Guest Readiness Inspector (Orange Beach, AL)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties in beautiful Orange Beach, AL! 

This role is essential for our company's success. The Property Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners. 

Office Location:  22649 Canal Rd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.
• Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.
• Manage property inventory and staging.
• Deliver needed items to guests.
