Owner Relations Coordinator

Meredith Lodging Central Coast is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations Coordinator. We're seeking a friendly, organized, and hard-working individual with customer service skills, responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with homeowners of vacation rental properties. This role requires someone who works well in a team setting while being independent and self-motivated.  If you have a passion for high-quality service, an eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

• Has a strong desire to grow professionally and learn new tasks and skills.

• What You’ll Bring:

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.

    • Experience in managing key performance metrics, customer service, and financial oversight preferred.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and use new software and tools.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
