Patient Access Representative | Vail Health-Colorado Mountain Medical

Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk support.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients
• Verify insurance and collect co-payments
• Schedule appointments and procedures
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment

What We're Looking For

• Customer service and clerical experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work with technology systems
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
