Culinary Apprenticeship/Internship, Summer Seasonal, Grand Teton Lodge Company, WY

This opportunity is great for those who seek to hone their culinary skills and expertise in a fast paced, large volume resort environment, enjoy being in Grand Teton National Park and having Fun! 

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned
• Prepareing dishes to specification by the chef
• Assisting other line cooks and cook assistants, pantry assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
• The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Intership credit available upon request

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of working in a kitchen

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of cold food preparation
• Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté
• High volume cooking
• Egg Cookery
