Reservations Coordinator, Reservations Services - Full time/Year round - Keystone, CO

The Reservations Coordinator works on a team located at Keystone Resort and helps coordinate reporting, travel logistics and accounting of the International Express Desk and the Inside Sales Desk. These teams assist Domestic Travel Agents and International Wholesale Tour Operators plan vacations and travel services for their clients to Keystone, Breckenridge, Tahoe, Vail, and Beaver Creek Resorts.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot financial and client issues via email and phone inquiries.
• Provide assistance to agents with booking reservations when needed.
• Participate in training activities including property and activity site tours and Aspire Conversion Training.
• Complete weekly reporting and travel logistics.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in  English.
• Second language capability preferred (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin or Russian only required as second language)
• Strong computer and date entry skills - required
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly via email
• A positive and professional attitude
• Enthusiastic about the travel industry
• Solid understanding of general math and accounting
