REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma
- No prior work experience required
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepares all necessary materials (props, posters, prizes, equipment, etc.) for the organization and execution of the animation program
- Participates in the preparation and realization of guest welcome events in the facilities
- Conducts animation activities according to the schedule and program
- Takes part in organizing entertainment events (camp days, festivals, gala evenings) and other events within the property
- Maintains prescribed records and statistics related to animation activities
- Receives and resolves simple guest complaints
- Monitors consumption and informs the supervisor about ordering basic supplies, consumables, and other materials necessary for work
- Knows and applies department SOP
- Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
