REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in same or simillar positions
- Preferably knowledge of one foreign language
- Communication skills, friendliness, guest-oriented
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professionally prepares mixed drinks in front of the guests at the bar
- Uses and understands professional terminology and ingredients for making mixed drinks and hot beverages
- Prepares and serves orders to waiters and guests, ensuring quality and drink standards
- Takes care of the cleanliness of the inventory and appearance of the workspace
- Knows and applies department SOP
- Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
