REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- No previous work experience required
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language is an advantage
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintains cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas and surroundings, sanitary facilities, terraces, swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), restaurants, reception areas, hospitality facilities and other public spaces
- Cleans, tidies and washes office areas, corridors, lobbies and staircases
- Disposes of waste and other garbage into designated containers
- Ensures regular supply of towels and toilet paper in sanitary facilities
- Monitors and records (via the Flex Keeping application) any defects occurring on installations or inventory
- Maintains cleanliness of guest staircases, corridors, passages and walkways
- Knows and applies department SOPs
- Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
