REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- No prior work experience required
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Operates the dishwashing machine and washes dishes by hand when necessary
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, work surfaces, and equipment
- Responsible for the proper use of the dishwashing machine and detergents
- Correctly sorts dishes and kitchen inventory
- Knows and applies the restaurant’s SOP
- Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures and regulations
