REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- No previous work experience required
- Preferably experience using a motor mower, trimmer, chainsaw, and hedge trimmer
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintains and takes care of green areas around facilities, beaches, and campground plots (mowing, collecting and removing grass, trimming perennials, planting, soil cultivating)
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of beaches and service yards of facilities
- Performs pruning and tree care within the facility area
- Uses and maintains machines and tools for landscape maintenance in a proper and safe manner
- Completes inspection and maintenance logs for machines
- Collects and transports green waste to the recycling yard
- Collects PET/metal packaging and delivers it to the recycling yard
- Participates in relocating mobile homes within campgrounds
- Knows and applies the SOPs of the landscape maintenance department
- Knows and applies workplace safety measures
